Chart Bars - Off Of Screen - Candles won't stay on screen

The bars on my charts are not on my screen. They initially were and now as price goes up and down its like the screen doesn't scale with them. I am guessing it is a scaling display issue. When I scroll back I can find them but all live movement is off of the screen. How do I get the screen to stay with the candles as they come up?
