Big Gap in data download

Hi I am trying to download 30 min data for the SI 2015 09 futures contract and have a big gap in the data (missing almost a month). Daily chart is OK no missing data. I am using an IB feed and also have that feed working on a ninjatrader chart with no problems. All other 30 min charts are ok but this one is causing problems Thanks for your help |

What is the exact symbol of the chart you are using? Be sure you are using the symbol only listed in File >> Find Symbol so the historical data is mapped to the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service. And also are using the Continuous Futures Contract feature?
