I'd like to have 2 separate, sizeable and relocatable (drag and drop) buttons, Buy Ask and Sell Bid. Would have the account, market instrument set as parameters. Don't need all the other items on the order pad. Anyone have this or know where to get it or how to build it? Thanks.
