alert log message misleading

I had an alert on a drawing tool that was triggered. The alert has send SMS enabled and SMS enabled on account. My phone got the SMS message no problem. However, log had this message

There is no SMS telephone number specified. Alert SMS message not sent. | 2015-07-09 00:01:37 *

this happens every time I use SMS on an alert, is there some way to fix?

Also drawing tool alert triggers on historical data (eg chart reload) is that expected?

This was a programming error that has now been corrected. It will be out in the next release.

Reloading a chart can trigger Chart Drawing alerts. However, they should not trigger when historical data is being downloaded. We have checked the code and see this can happen. This will be solved in the next release.
