Issues with downloading FX data from Interactive Brokers

I seem to be unable to download FX data from IB (the chart displays "Waiting to Download Historical Data" without any update). A trading DOM appears to open fine and I can open a chart from IB without issue. Here is a snapshot of my message log: http://i.imgur.com/G6vYpCu.png
