SPY daily historical chart issue SC Datafeed

I have your equities datafeed. Here is what a historical daily chart of SPY keeps looking like http://i.imgur.com/bavTBML.png When I delete and download, the issue is fixed temporarily, and looks correct as such: http://i.imgur.com/mqcHrn0.png This has happened 3 times today now. Was it just today this happened? It might have to do with the issue at the NYSE today. However, once you see the bar with a larger range, it should not become a smaller range. This issue still exists. It is imperative that I be able to flip around to different symbols in a quote board linked to charts, and have the PROPER daily bar chart shown. I've now noticed the issue is not just specific to the symbol SPY, it happens with others too. Please fix this. It's imperative.

Thank you for letting us know. We thought we had this resolved. We are going to temporarily remove the code which is causing this. We were trying to solve a problem , which now was obviously causing another one, where during the premarket trading, the daily high and low, was for the prior trading session and giving inaccurate information in charts.
