H,

For some reason volume by price is not working properly on 6J. It is working fine on other currency futures though, here is a snapshot:

When I change the setting to multiple profiles fixed by time, here is how it looks on 6J:

We now have an understanding of what the problem is. Due to the change of the tick size for this symbol by the exchange, it has resulted in the historical data from CTS having two different formats.

Do not load any data earlier than 2015-06-21 in the chart.

Update the Global Symbol Settings following the instructions here:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettingsSteps

And follow the instructions here to apply those settings to the chart:

I followed those steps, still have the same issue for Yen futures.

I figured out how to fix it. Go into chart settings, change use number of days to load to 3, also change tick size to 0.0000005 as per the change outlined here:

http://www.cmegroup.com/tools-information/lookups/advisories/ser/SER-7324R.pdf

Specifically, CME is amending Rule 25301.C. that pe
rtains to the price increment of JPY/USD futures by
reducing the tick increment from $.000001 ($12.50)
to $.0000005 ($6.25) per one Japanese yen.

6J now looks like this:

OK as long as you have it working. The default Symbol Settings for that symbol will work properly. Looks like you have changed them from the default.
