Launch platforms and get as soon as the connection gets sound an alarm that keeps repeating forever. also when the order execute alert is repeated forever,, until you turn off the button -global set clear sound alert queue,, why is this happening? how to solve the problem? thanks

ok ... the more alert has been no greater than 1000 ..it is automatically came alone version of 1264 ... I've entered all the number 1 ... and it's fine now ... thanks

We do not have any other reports of this and there is no known problem where the setting for the number of times to play the alert sound would change.
