Missing ES daily data from 9/12/14 thru 3/12/15

I am using 405 minute chart on ES, day session only. That is look I desire. Other chart settings are: Intraday chart, days-mins-secs per bar, 0-405-0, candlestick bars, start time 09:30, end time 16:15, load weekend data. On advanced settings, I am using continuous futures contract, volume based rollover-back adjusted. Problem is,while attempting to load 500 days of data, I am missing data from 9/12/14 thru 3/12/15. I have changed many settings, but data is always missing. Infinity support entered above settings and had no problem. They suggested I delete all data and download data. Also, they suggested I install newest version. I have done both of the above, but still am missing that data. Can you please tell me what I need to do to correct this problem? Thank you. |

For the ES there is no need to use a volume-based rollover. Using a date-based rollover is a little faster.
