Trade orders and position IB FA

Hi,
I use an IB FA account with SC. Under Trade - Trade orders and positions there are no orders and no balances displayed. Positions are shown though. I would like to see the orders as well, if possible.

Were these orders sent from Sierra Chart?

If not, then select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings and set the Instance to Client ID 0.

After this reconnect to TWS with File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed.

Orders were entered in TWS.
After changing the cliend ID to 0 SC the connection to TWS fails.

Do you have any other program connected to TWS? This would probably be why the connection fails.
