Hi
Recently I purchased a small custom study to use on the Emini SnP 500 charts. It allows me to have a txt file that I can fill in all the Support/Resistant zones for the day.
As I also trade currencies and believed this would be a good study to use on a currency chart. However what has happened is that the study has stopped functioning correctly last Thursday on roll over. It works fine on the Emini chart.
Also on the message log the following error has started to occur:
Warning: The Custom DLL study "emini-player.scsf_EMiniPlayer_Zones" has just caused a CPU exception. | 2015-06-17 05:50:19 *
Warning: This Custom DLL study may cause Sierra Chart to be unstable until you remove the study from your chart and restart Sierra Chart. | 2015-06-17 05:50:19 *

Do you have any ideas on how I can fix these problem??

Thx
Randell

Really for this error:

Warning: The Custom DLL study "emini-player.scsf_EMiniPlayer_Zones" has just caused a CPU exception. | 2015-06-17 05:50:19 *

You need to contact the developer of the study.

The first step we recommend they do is recompile the study and see if they continue to see a problem. There is no other solution other than from the developer of the study. This should not happen under any circumstances and it indicates a problem within the code or a less likely reason is a recompile of the code is necessary.
