intraday charts not updating when markets open.

I run TPO charts from Sierra for the Bund and Bobl.

I also run DOMS from my Ninja Trader platform to trade off. Every day my TPO charts do not go live when the Eurex markets open at 8.00am CET, I have to manually disconnect the data and then reconnect for them to go live.

Could you please let me a know how to solve this?

We see you are using CQG.

Open a new chart without any studies. Do you see this problem on that chart?

No it only occurs when the market opens and I cannot do any form of testing during that period as I am trading then.

The charts now are working fine. The only issue is at the opening.

Before I upgraded to 1261, was using 1229. I noticed w/cqg that on a sunday if I connected to the datafeed a few hrs before the evening open, data would NOT update. I had to disconnect/reconnect.

OK we have to let CQG know about this. Clearly some issue on their side.

We do notice this also when using TT FIX adapter and the EUREX markets. It is necessary to reconnect to the data feed within about five minutes of the open. Anytime earlier then the EUREX market data will not be received.
