Dear SC, I am learning some Tom Demark as a timing aid to see if this can be incorporated into my discretionary trading plan. I see that there have been previous discussions on Demark indicators and that SC doesn't support them. All I am seeking is to: 1. put an up triangle (green) above a bar if the close is higher than the close 4 bars ago. 2. put a down triangle (red) below a bar if the close of the bar is less than the close 4 bars ago. I am not sure how to do this but would be very appreciative if I could have your guidance. From there, it would be easy to do a TD sequential count by visually counting consecutive triangles without formally programming TD indicators. With thanks Date Time Of Last Edit: 2015-06-16 12:13:58

1,2. Both can be done. You can use the Color Bar Based on Alert Condition study documented here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_TechnicalStudiesReference.html#s245 Sierra Chart Support |
