how to get more history on 1hr chart?

I am trying to load more bars on the 1hr chart but it only seems to show the last 4-5 weeks. How can I increase this? |

Hi This seems like it downloads data but when I drag the date at the bottom of the chart, it wll ot expand it, it only contracts/zooms in. Screenshot attached. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2015-06-10 01:14:17

You need to drag the scrollbar box towards the left to go back in time. We also see your Sierra Chart account is expired. when i do that it changes the volume by price peaks and troughs. Shouldn't they stay the same or is it only doing it on visible bars? |

Yes it is because the Volume by Price study is set to Visible Bars. Over what time period do you want the volume profiles based on?
