Alerts Manager Window does not open

I'm attempting to open the Alerts Manager Window on my laptop and it does not come up. I copied the Sierra Chart configuration from my multiple monitor desktop computer and suspect the window may be opening off screen on my laptop, but I don't see a separate window in the task bar either. If it is opening off screen should it show up in the task bar? Is there a way to reset the default Alerts Manager window position? I'm running Windows 7 64-bit.
