Missing Chart Data

I am currently using Rithmic Data feed. I'm using ESM15 for my chart. Whenever I adjust my settings to change to a Continuous Futures Contract using the back adjusted date rollover option, I immediately lose the month of April 2015 in my chart. So then I try to reload and recalculate. After that I try to delete and download the data. Each time it's still missing. Eventually I have to go back and say "None" for continuous futures contract. This will only give me limited history though up until about February. I would really like to be able to see at least the last year or two when I'm setting up my chart each night if possible.

ESM15 is not a valid Rithmic symbol.

Only use the symbols found in File >> Find Symbol.

If there is any missing data, refer to this section here:

I meant ESM5. I will try these steps again. I tried them last night. I'm able to get the missing dates to load. The problem is whenever I switch the settings to a continuous futures contract and try to back adjust it, those dates disappear again. If I clock "none" for continuous futures contract, the dates appear. I'm not getting why this happens each time.

This is still not the correct symbol. The Rithmic symbol would be ESM5-CME

If there is missing data in a Continuous Futures Contract chart, follow the instructions here:

Yes, that's the symbol I have loaded. I chose it directly from find symbol. What I've been trying to say on here is I have followed those instructions countless times now. The issue is whenever I select continuous futures contract in the advanced chart settings tab and have it back adjust the previous dates, a bunch of data disappears again. I can load the missing data by following all the steps in the instructions, but as soon as I select that button there becomes gaps in the data again. Then I go through the steps all over again only to have this problem keep resurfacing. I've read and followed the steps on the instructions you guys have given me multiple times now. I can't figure out why this keeps happening whenever I select a continuous futures contract.
