I cannot get daily charts such as for example ESM15 to stay the way I have set them in Chart Settings - Symbol settings such as ESM15 since every time I log in they are either totally blank charts that you can't do anything with! or they have have been reset (why or how I don't know) to ES-201506-GLOBEX even though I had the "Symbol" in chart settings set to ESM15. All I get is a few months of data and not the long term charts I have so carefully built up over many years with the market. Charts I might want to do a long term study or a weekly study. I didn't have this trouble with SC version 1402 like this. I would like to go back to SC version 1402.

To go back to a previous version refer to: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#Rollback In newer versions of Sierra Chart, Historical charts use the symbol of the main Data/Trading Service Sierra Chart is set to use and that is the symbol that you need to use. If there is missing data in the chart, follow the instructions here to re-download the data: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html#ReDownloading It is best to follow the procedure above before going back to a previous version.
