I have an issue when markets move fast. I use a Renko bar with wicks, when the market speed picks up I get a lot of false bars. The market might move up 5 or so bars in a few seconds but what I see displayed is an up and down move several times. For example CL at 7:30 upon inventory report. I also get false high and lows. The bar wick will show a high sometimes 2 or 3 ticks above the actual high. All of this clears up once I delete and download data. Is this from slow or bad data or SC? I'm using Rithmic for data. |

This is impossible for us to comment on unless we know the Renko bar settings, can see the underlying data, and actually see what you are seeing. If you see something which does not look right with the chart bars, then reload the chart with Chart >> Reload and Recalculate.
