This relates to ticket id 1431362303499 [/b](the last message i received is below the dotted line) - i have gone through the steps to ensure i receive live data but there is no price movement on my chart - i'm trying to get CL data but i receive none - i'm on a free trial - is my data feed incorrect?

Please advise
