Dear Sierra support, I have still problem with missing data. Look for my chart of platform. I pay level 5, use OEC data feed. Until now I dont trade. I restart platform too.

Is there a problem receiving real-time data or a problem with the historical data?

There should not be any problem with this. Whatever problem existed earlier with historical data for OEC has been confirmed not to exist.

We ran several tests now downloading historical Intraday data for OEC and we got the data. Follow the instructions here to re-download the data:
