Dear Sierra support, I have SIERRA LEVEL 5, my data provider is Open E-Cry Trading Service, BUT I open trading platform at 17,00 (paris time) and I have no data on chart. Data between friday close and monday trading are not on chart !!! Where is problem Sierra? Thank you.
