If you have your trading service/broker data feed available to you, then to use that: Select Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings. Uncheck Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds. I should have added, I use Barchart datafeed with Ensign and it was down at the same time and restarted at the same time as SC's feed.

There was some missing data for the ICE and EUREX markets but that has been filled in as of this time for the major symbols. If you experience missing data, please let us know. As always, to re-download the missing data, right-click before the missing data in the chart and select Delete Data and Download Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
