So currently using tranact data but will be closing down account so will have do real time data . Does ur sierra packages 3 and above come with real time data so I can still sim trade with live data and does that give me access to sierra trading dom?

Sierra Chart service package 3 does not include real-time futures data. Real-time futures data without a trading account is very expensive. Wat about package 5 does that come with live data? Also how can I get access to the sierre dom so I can sim trade off on it?

iv purchased the level one package and when i go back into my chart and try and bring up the trading dome it still does not allow me to open it it through the file option and open trading dome but when i click on the contract it doesnt give me the option beside open up charts can u please help me out hear?

ok i got it to work i first went through my tranact way to log into sierra charts and couldnt change it but i re-opend it through sierra log in i now have futures contract and can open up the trading dom. So do i have to remake my whole trading layout or can i tranfer it from my tranact account to the sierra account?

It is easiest if you run Sierra Chart from C:\SierraChart. You will avoid any problems.
