I'm a new user. I read the Alert Help section. I just want to quickly place price alerts on the chart and be able to move them. One above price and one below. Can I do this from the chart or do I have to go into Chart Settings?

use the horizontal line draw tool (or whatever draw tool you want) and right click it, click alerts and there you can set it up
