TPO and footprint data not displaying for Shatz and Buxl

Hi My TPO and footprint charts are not displaying the correct data for the Shatzl even though OEC has the data available on the s5 trader platform. My chart/data settings are all correct. As you can see from the TPO and intraday chart, I only have data from 30th April. On the footprint chart there is NO data of any trades. Please kindly offer some advice from looking at the screenshot below. Thanks Oliver |

This is now solved. Restart Sierra Chart and wait about 10 seconds. After that you can open those charts. Go to one of them and select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download. Ok got the footprint working now for Shatz but not the TPO. You can see here that I have 30 days to load on the setting with only a few appearing. Any help please? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2015-05-05 06:26:52
