Hello,

I connected SC to IB. If I want to load a stock Symbol of ASX (all enabled in IB and visible in IB charts)
via Find Symbol I only get the message "Symbol unknown". The stock symbol is ANZ, same happens with other symbols.

I also wonder why unter Find Symbol I do not see a pull down menue for stocks, for all other itema like forex
futures, cfd there are submenues available that list all possible underlyings.

For the proper format for IB Stock symbols please refer to the documentation here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/IBSymbols.html#Stock

It is not practical to list all Stocks, as there is just too large of a number of them, and there is no list of most popular or traded stocks.

Hello,

try "ANZ-STK-ASX" or "ANZ-STK-SMART/ASX"

I see "waiting for download" and the correct company name in the chart window but no chart becomes vssible.
Other symbols from US Exchanges like AAPL etc. work fine i SC.
If I open a chart for ANZ in TWS everything is fine.

You may also have to specify the Currency Code. For example: ANZ-STK-ASX-AUD
