Last week I began using Open E-Cry data with a Zaner account. My Forex data subscription was about to run out and I decided there was no need to renew since I was trading futures.

The account was set up with Zaner and data was coming through properly. Last night at midnight local time the Sierra subscription to Forex was cut off as I expected but it also disconnected me from Open E-Cry.

Kindly restore the connection to Open E-Cry.

Your Sierra Chart usage time has expired.

1. To purchase usage time, select "Help >> Add Usage Credit" on the Sierra Chart software menu.

You can also go to this page in your browser:

Login with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password.

2. Choose the number Months you wish to pay for and the Service Package.

3. Choose one of the payment options.

Yes, you will still need to have a Sierra Chart package to use the software.

Thanks for the temporary reactivation.

I've paid for additional time but have changed the package from 3 to 1 as I neither need Forex historical or current data. Will I lose anything else?
