I did it several times but nothing has changed. From march 2005 to dec 2014 symbol has format like GGH05, GGU08... March 2015 and june 2015 are FGBL.20150300.E_BND and FGBL.20150600.E_BND May it cause the problem? http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1430126214224.png |

We are able to get a proper monthly chart for that symbol going back to 2005: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1430190424702.png What you describe about the symbol format at earlier and later points in time, does make sense. That is completely expected and is by design. We want you to delete the files that begin with GG following the procedure here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html#ReDownloadingByDeletingFiles This certainly should resolve the problem. There should not be a problem with this. Here is an image of the first chart you posted an image of: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1439157960728.png Re-download the data for all contract months in each of those charts by following the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html#ReDownloading This should not matter, but also update to the latest release by following the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate Newer versions of Sierra Chart will automatically detect problems like this and re-download the data automatically. Although it might be necessary to go to the chart and select Chart >> Reload and Recalculate chart. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. I did exactly what you post again, twice for each symbol. Here is result: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1439180887321.png http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1439181011413.png http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1439181567305.png I see that you can't duplicate the problem. |

Perform a Full Reset of the Symbol Settings as explained here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#FullResetSymbolSettingsSteps We do not think the above step really should be necessary and we are not sure what problem it would be causing if any, but it possibly could make a difference. And we want to rule out every possibility. After this is done go to each of those charts and select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download. At the first prompt make sure you press No and then Yes at each subsequent prompt. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
