Just wanting to firstly, complement you on a very fast and robust platform. Secondly, I have compared your CQG datafeed to the another AMP/CQG platform with the exact feed and instrument to another professional reliable source chart I was able to get a hold of, with your feed matching it 100% as opposed to the other feed. My question is, if all feeds/settings are the same in a charting software and all the software does is record and print incoming data, how do different candle prints reading the same CQG data occur? thanks |

Usually this is due to differences with the time stamping of trades. By default Sierra Chart will use the timestamp provided by CQG but sometimes that is not always accurate and users will need to use the computer clock.
