I have established a 2nd account (sub account) with AMP. I followed the section of your manual for connecting to the TTnet/AMP datafeed where it says multiple accounts can be added by separating with a comma. I then tried placing a live trade in the main account on one chart (successful) and another via a 2nd chart using my new sub account (rejected). AMP have advised me that TTnet do NOT allow multiple accounts under one user. They are working with TTnet to have this allowed but say it could be several months away. Therefore my sub account has had to be associated with a new user in TTnet (with it's own password). So this forces me to run TWO instances of SC (one for each account) to trade both accounts at the sametime. Therefore I believe, based on what I have tried and AMP have told me, the attached section of your manual (as highlighted) is wrong. It would also question if the TTnet section of the manual is also wrong ie if they don't/can't allow it for AMP customers why would it work for any others. |

AMP/TTNet only supports one account per Sender Comp ID. We will correct the documentation. That particular page is a copy of this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/TradingTechnologies.php Other TT FIX Adapter configurations do support multiple accounts.
