Was away for few weeks.
Came back, updated SC to latest version, connected, SC downloaded backfill data and found this:

1. SC is setup to download Tick data, but back fill is not Tick. it looks like 1 second granularity (real time data does come as 1 tick)
2. First 10 minutes there is no bid/ask data.

I see in the "Rithmic Trading Platform Service" page that:
Historical tick by tick data provided for Optimus Futures customers regardless of service package
As stated above I'm using Optimus.

Regarding the missing Bid/Ask data I found this comment from you on this board:
10 to 15 minutes of missing bid volume and ask volume when connecting to Rithmic is a limitation. To solve this you need to use the Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed

What is going on?
For as long as I remember the backfill for Rithmic was 100% perfect... then some time ago the spreads backfill was gone and now this.
No one said anything but did the backfill for Rithmic+Optimus changed from Optimus to SC?

We have set your account to use Optimus historical data now. Restart Sierra Chart.

You should be getting back fill data for spreads.

Re-downloaded CLK5 and it was ok now, its tick data.
But re-downloading CLJ5 and CLH5 still come as seconds granularity...

Yup spreads are back. thanks.
They are coming by using the usual Open Intraday Chart in Find Symbol window.
There is a new button there labeled Get Spread Symbols but it doesn't seem to do anything.

This is now solved. Update Sierra Chart through Help >> Download Prerelease.

Although please confirm this is the case. We did not test this.

You will need to re-download the data in the charts that have 1 second data with Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.

Yes guys it works fine now. many thanks.

Two things please:
1. In the Find Symbol window you have a new button labeled Get Spread Symbols. what it's supposed to do?
2. Clicking on Help buttons (like the Help button in the Chart Settings window) doesn't launch the browser. same thing when launching SC and you get a System Notification Message box telling you that you have a message and you need to click on View in Web Browser.

1. In the case of Rithmic it does not do anything. It should be disabled in that case. We will check on this.

2. Make sure your web browser is registered on your system. For more related information, refer to:
