installation problem

Dear collaborator in the support board.

Since my old computer crashed I have to reinstall Sierra chart from the bottom.
It took me already a lot of time, since my skills are very limited in finding the right criteria in this complicated platform.
In the attached trade window to the chart the top part is still blanc.
There is nothing to choose.
I tried for many hours already, read a lot of the instructions, but it I cannot find it
Here I want to find the number of contracts with common stop. (2 targets with common stop)
How do I find this again?
