Trading DOM: Flatten does not work

Hello,

I have an issue with the trading DOM: The Pos Qty@Price does not get filled when I take a trade and the entry price is not highlighted (although the STP and LMT are visible in the DOM and the position is taken correctly in my trading platform). At first, I thought it did not matter much but I realized that the Flatten function did not work correctly either. FLATTEN cancels my open orders (Stop and LMT), but does not close the position. That leaves the position unprotected, which can be very dangerous in volatile markets.

My Data/Trade service is Interactive Brokers.

I did not have this issue before. It started a couple of weeks ago.

Please advise.

Sorry, let me give some details.

I see nothing in the Position tab. In the order tab, I can see the order with the status Filled.

OK if you do not see the position in the Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Positions tab, then this is the problem. Is that particular tab completely blank?

Does your Interactive Brokers account have multiple subaccounts in it? Is it a financial advisor account?

It's not a financial advisor account.

I have 2 sub accounts at IB, but only one is funded.

In the DOM, the sub account is displayed and it is the active one.

The Position tab in Trade Orders Positions is showing my account position in Canadian dollars; everyday IB reevaluates my account in CAD. But this is not a trade. The sub account number is OK there too.

The problem is that there is no response from TWS when requesting the account updates for the first account:

Perhaps you should have removed from your IB main account, any subaccounts which are not being used.
