Hi, after 2 months - Ive just paid for SC and I forgot what data connection should I use?

I am trading NQ, ES, YM and EMD. I cannot find any "SC intraday data" only historical.

Can you help me out please?

No, not anymore. I used it when I tried a demo of the datafeed.
But then there was a data feed for intraday data from Sierrachart, right? I used that for a while then I went for a vacation, now tried to reconnect and its not working anymore.

I did not find it anymore. Do you still offer it?

I have to apologize, I realized I used SC on a different computer with another rithmic data demo and I thought it was some SC free data.

Can I have a refund for the usage time I paid yesterday? I am not able to pay another 35 USD for data now.

Hi there,

I am trying to use the Sp500 symbol for the intraday data for the Es mini contract and I am not able to load it up. It says the symbol does not exist ?

I have also paid for the CME package, to use with Interactive Broker, which was working until this morning and stopped now. Does the IB account have to be funded in order to use this discounted package ?

You must set Sierra Chart to use your Interactive Brokers account. Follow the step-by-step instructions here:

And you need to connect your Live Interactive Brokers account.

After this open a chart for the ES futures through File >> Find Symbol >> Futures.
