This was my original post: "I have the Period OHLC - Variable Period study on two different charts for the ES; a 2000 Trades chart and a 3 tick Renko chart. Friday's short day has caused an inconsistency with this study between the two charts. The 2000 Trades chart for today correctly shows the previous days H/L/C as being Friday 3 April (the short day). However the 3T Renko chart shows the previous day H/L/C as being from Thursday 2 April. Both charts have the same chart settings (apart from bar type) - see attached. Both instances of the study have the same configuration - see attached. So why does one chart (2000 Trades) give the correct answer and the other chart (3T Renko) is wrong - see attached charts?" I was wanting SC to confirm if this is a software bug, or am I doing something wrong that I have obviously overlooked. Thanks. |
