Daily Chart - Only One Bar

Dear SC team,

My SC doesn't show daily charts any more.
Intraday charts work fine, but when I switch to daily, I can only see one (today's) bar. It says "download failed... download from sc historical data service failed due to a http error... there was a communication error with the server".

I have this problem with futures, forex and stocks. Index CFDs work without problem. I use Interactive Brokers. It used to work well before, but now (since a few days?) it doesn't :(
I think if I only get the data from IB (eg for the CFDs) it works, but when I use SC historical data service, there's a problem?

now it's working again :))

reinstalled SC and disabled "work offline" in Internet Explorer. I guess the problem was the IE's offline mode.
