Hi, is there a shortcut to switching between "interactive scale range" and "scale move"? The fact that I have to constanly use right click mouse to change between these mode is difficult. Also, is there a way to move charts sideways without the use of bar at the bottom and mouse scroll? Thank You. |

Hold the Ctrl key when using the mouse. Also, is there a way to move charts sideways without the use of bar at the bottom and mouse scroll?
You can use the Hand tool, which can be configured to move horizontal and vertical. |

1. As tomgilb stated, you can use the "ctrl" button to quickly jump between Range and Move actions. Refer to the Interactive Scaling documentation here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_Scaling.html#InteractiveScaling 2. For the options provided to scroll the chart refer to the documentation here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_WorkingWithCharts.html#ScrollingTheChart Sierra Chart Support Date Time Of Last Edit: 2015-04-01 15:45:27

1. There are menu commands for Interactive Scale Range and Move on the Chart menu and keyboard shortcuts can be set up for them: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSettingsMenu.html#CustomizeKeyboardShortcuts Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Would it be possible to change the CTRL key to something else? On Mac keyboards, the ctrl key is not the most convenient to find and press automatically, so changing it to FN key would be much better imo. |

I did not know this "Ctrl" shortcut for switching between "interactive scale range" and "scale move". It is really great to use. |
