As per your support ticket we tried calling, but were not able to reach you. We did leave a message.

You will need to follow the setup instructions here starting with step #10:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions

Let us know if you still need help with the setup.

Hi Max,

Thank you!

Indeed you did give me a call, from the Palmdale area, one minute before your message reply. I will follow up with the setup instructions in the morning starting with step #10.

I do believe I will still need some remote assistance after I finish these instructions, so would it be okay to request another remote assist on Wed? This time, I will know to answer calls from the Palmdale area!

Shall we say, Wed morn sometime (outside of 11-12 CT)?

We see you have the CME Group with market depth exchange activated.

Do you have a futures trading account? For the reason why we ask this, refer to this section here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#CME

If you still need help, we will give you a call tomorrow. Usually in the afternoon is best for us.

User has been helped with remote assistance for above-described issues.

Your OEC trading account does not support 2 concurrent connections.

To access Futures on both computers at the same time, please contact your broker and request a separate OEC account for your other PC.

Hey Max,

Still haven't really been using SC yet. Turned it on this week to get it prepped, worked fine. But went to jump on it this weekend and I get this "waiting to connect" message in the uppper right corner

I can not connect.

please advise, do I need you to jump back on?

Yes, I am using OEC.

I am gobsmacked by the statement in the link you sent that says "The Open E Cry FIX server which Sierra Chart uses for trading and market data, is not available over the weekends. Therefore, Sierra Chart will fail to connect during the weekend. There will be error messages related to this in the Sierra Chart Message Log."

This is really unacceptable. What a disservice.

What solutions are there around using the OPEN ECRY FIX servers?
