IB order execution via SC

Hello,

I have a funded account by IB which is connected with SC in order to feed data to my SC platform (which are purchased from you).

However, when I execute an order in SC it doesnt execute in TWS. I have followed the guide how to connect those two platforms without any problems though.

Could you, please, guide me how to have those orders execution in both platforms?

When you submit the order, there should be an error message in Trade >> Trade Service Log in Sierra Chart indicating why an order is rejected by TWS. Do you see an error message when you submit the order?

Unfortunately I am not getting any error message whatsoever. The SC acts as they are not connected, however they were and are in order to get the data flowing.

I am attaching a screenshot of my chart settings as well.

Is there some kind of manual to how to connect it properly? As I have followed one previously in order to connect SC with IB account to get the data.

When you submit the order, go to Trade >Trade Orders and Position >> Orders, locate the order and look at the Status column. What is the status of the order?
