Hi - I cannot see any balances in Sierra Chart of my trading account. I see there is a way to see it but it does not populate at all. In resorting to see Sierra Charts manual - this is what I found out - https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_TradeStatusWindows.html#BalanceTab Also, read this line - Not all supported Trading services provide Account Balance related data and not all of them will continuously update this data. If the Trading service provides Account Balance data, it may be infrequently updated. If the Account Balance fields are empty, then this means that the particular Trading service you are using does not provide this data. Now the question is - Can you please confirm that a combination of CQG and Sierra does not populate 'Balance' tab in 'Orders and Positions'? And if not so, how do I make it give me real time updates balances? Thanks. |

Sierra Chart does support CQG account balance data. We have contacted CQG about this and they wanted the account number of where this happens.
