Hello, I would like to be able to have horizontal ray's automatically plotted on a chart at certain prices. The prices would be derived from a data set/list of prices that I input myself. What way would you suggest to do this? |

From what I understand in the link you provided, the chart studies data are output to the spreadsheet. So the spreadsheet derives its values from the chart studies. I don't want to do that. I want my spreadsheet data to be output to the chart in the form of horizontal rays. I want the horizontal ray tool to derive its information from my spreadsheet. All my data in the spreadsheet will be a list of prices. I want horizontal rays to show up on the chart at every price value in the spreadsheet/list. Is that possible?

Yes this is possible. The spreadsheet formula columns are outputted to the chart. Refer to the documentation here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_StudiesSystemsAlerts.php You just have to work out what formula you need to draw the lines.
