I have the same problem with downloading Historical Data for FGBL since mars month period.

Hello,

Since 06 march day, I have a lot of problems to charge my graphs.

First, with FGBL market : I can't charge graph and it write a message "Sierra chart not answer"
Second, all my chart books are now no reached ( no accessible), so I loose all my graph configurations ... Message log is "error Windows 1392 / data no access and not read"

I don't understand what is happened because all was fine befor mars month.

I contact Infinity Transact and they answer me they change anything and my DOM infity is ok?

In regards to the image attached, there is a problem with the data in that chart. Go to that chart and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.

This only needs to be done once for each symbol. Do this for each symbol that has a chart that has a problem similar to the one you attached.

To open a Chartbook select File >> Open Chartbook.

In regards to:
Message log is "error Windows 1392 / data no access and not read"

Did you go to the Edit menu at the top of Sierra Chart and select Delete All Data and Download?

You must select this command from the Edit menu. It only exists there.

Also when providing us an image, only use the method described here:
