Hi, I purchased the SC Exchange Data service and paid the CME exchange fees. When I log on the chart to stream ES, data doesn't stream and I got the symbol unknown message.

Actually everything has already been set up based on the setup instruction. I tried to log into TD Ameritrade as its setup instruction but I couldn't log on, it says login error, unable to authorise access. My broker is actually ThinkorSwim which I believe is same at TD Ameritrade. I also note that Futures data is supported by TD Ameritrade which is why I purchase a separate futures data feed from SC. So am I getting the data feed from SC or TD Ameritrade? |
