Hi, I've used "export & edit intraday data to text file" to get some data out of Sierra. The charts all look ok, but for some reason in the text file that is exported the "Open" value is 0 for the whole file - as below (small section pasted here, but the entire file shows the open value as 0.00. Date, Time, Open, High, Low, Last, Volume, NumberOfTrades, BidVolume, AskVolume 2014/8/7, 18:34:56.0, 0.00, 146.67, 146.38, 146.67, 1, 1, 0, 1 2014/8/11, 09:25:21.0, 0.00, 146.60, 146.42, 146.60, 1, 1, 1, 0 2014/8/11, 17:42:26.0, 0.00, 146.67, 146.48, 146.51, 1, 1, 1, 0 2014/8/12, 11:47:15.0, 0.00, 146.88, 146.34, 146.50, 1, 1, 1, 0 2014/8/13, 12:30:01.0, 0.00, 146.57, 146.40, 146.57, 1, 1, 0, 1 2014/8/14, 06:01:05.0, 0.00, 146.88, 146.84, 146.88, 1, 1, 0, 1 2014/8/14, 06:41:47.0, 0.00, 147.25, 146.79, 146.98, 1, 1, 0, 1 2014/8/29, 11:26:57.0, 0.00, 148.92, 148.90, 148.90, 1, 1, 0, 1 2014/8/29, 12:50:18.0, 0.00, 149.51, 149.30, 149.30, 1, 1, 0, 1 2014/8/29, 12:50:22.0, 0.00, 149.51, 149.30, 149.30, 1, 1, 1, 0 2014/8/29, 12:50:25.0, 0.00, 149.51, 149.30, 149.30, 1, 1, 1, 0 2014/8/29, 12:50:27.0, 0.00, 149.51, 149.30, 149.30, 1, 1, 1, 0 2014/8/29, 18:33:02.0, 0.00, 149.70, 149.69, 149.70, 1, 1, 0, 1 Log extract below: Software version: 1234 | 2015-03-06 06:54:29 Uses New Spreadsheets | 2015-03-06 06:54:29 Usage end date: 2015-03-08 | 2015-03-06 06:54:29 Enabled for: Advanced Features. | 2015-03-06 06:54:29 Enabled for: Advanced Features 2. | 2015-03-06 06:54:29 Enabled for: Sierra Chart Historical Data Service. | 2015-03-06 06:54:29 Enabled for: Sierra Chart Real-Time Exchange Data Feed. | 2015-03-06 06:54:29 Enabled for: EUREX exchange. | 2015-03-06 06:54:29 Received 1 data feed usernames. | 2015-03-06 06:54:29 Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is enabled. | 2015-03-06 06:54:29 Active service: Open E Cry FIX | 2015-03-06 06:54:29 Time Zone: +00:00:00 (GMT+00BST+01,M3.5.0/01:00,M10.5.0/02:00) | 2015-03-06 06:54:29 2015-03-06 06:54:29 Local computer clock time | 2015-03-06 06:54:29 2015-03-06 06:54:29 GMT time | 2015-03-06 06:54:29 2015-03-06 06:54:29 Time zone adjusted time | 2015-03-06 06:54:29 Time difference to server time: 1 seconds. | 2015-03-06 06:54:29 Program path: D:\SierraChart\ | 2015-03-06 06:54:29 Data Files path: D:\SierraChart\Data\ | 2015-03-06 06:54:29 OS Version Number: 6.2 | 2015-03-06 06:54:29 Locale Information: C | 2015-03-06 06:54:29 Checking for new symbol settings for oec | 2015-03-06 06:54:29 HTTP connection to www.sierrachart.com:80 (0) | Resolved address sierrachart.com to IP 5.9.8.236 | 2015-03-06 06:54:29 HTTP connection to www.sierrachart.com:80 (1) | Connected. | 2015-03-06 06:54:29 Symbol settings are up-to-date for oec | 2015-03-06 06:54:29 Notice: 2 days of full use remaining. What is the symbol you are exporting data for?

FGBLM5 and FGBLH5 (only 1 shown) The actual charts for these symbols are ok for me (not seeing bars going down to 0), it's just the export that then gives these odd values) |

Actually we realize why this occurs. All the fields for tick by tick data are documented here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_IntradayDataFileFormat.html#s_IntradayRecord Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Ok, so I want to adjust prices for 1 day only. If I make that adjustment and then import the data back into the intraday file - it will not overwrite the open with 0s?
