OEC 5 Symbol Limit

Currently OEC has a limit of 5 symbols. This means you can only get tick by tick updates on up to 5 symbols at a time.

Why this limit ?
Is the cause Sierra or OEC ?

OEC has not such limit on their free platform.

Are there plans to increase simultaneous symbols?

Why is November 2013 Soybeans not working. It works on the OEC trader.

This limit is imposed by OEC.

Using FIX we would not think would change this.

What exactly is not working with November 2013 Soybeans ?

This is now resolved. please go to the ZS chart and select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.
