Using Rithmic data feed, I have a stuck order I cannot cancel or flatten, on the DOM. It does not show in RTrader, so I'm hoping it does not execute. But it is worrisome. When trying to cancel it says cancellation failed. The order management system rejected request. I have reloaded Sierra Charts with no effect. ??

We know about this problem. Rithmic is aware of it and it will be resolved. It is a problem on the Rithmic side. The order will not execute based upon what you have described. Rithmic has said that the problem has been fixed but it is not yet deployed to their production server and they do not have a specific date for that.
