Hi there,

I have activated the SC data feed for 35USD, package 5 for 40USD and I have a live account at Interactive Brokers.
However there is no "M" behind the futures symbol (so I probably receive data from IB instead of SC). I tried to activate the CME Group Exchange for 15,75USD but due to insufficient funds on my account this did not work.

I am paying the 15,75USD for data from my broker account.

Shall I pay this again via SC or how do I make this work?

Thank you.

Yes, you do need to pay for the CME Group exchange fee. Either the 3.25 USD one or the 15.75 USD one with market depth. Otherwise you cannot access the CME data.

It is unfortunate, but we have to collect this and pay it to the CME regardless if you already pay it to your broker. If you do not need market depth, then choose the 3.25 USD one.

But why do I have then to login once per month to my live account?

If I unsubscribe from IB data this should still work, right?

This is really an annoying way.

Yes, you can unsubscribe from Interactive Brokers data and you will continue to receive the Sierra Chart data feed.

You need to ask the CME about their requirements for using a trading account.
