Does CQG not provide live Account Balances?

I have an ironbeam account and with that comes the Firetip trading platform. They use CQG as I was told. On that platform I can see my account balance with info on margin requirements ect. I like Sierra Charts platform so much better but am not able to see my account balance. I am confused if I can see that info on Firetip why does it not come through on Sierra Charts. Both use CQG. Thanks for any info.

The account balance should be available from CQG because the information is requested by Sierra Chart using the CQG FIX connection, but we cannot control whether it will actually be provided by the CQG FIX connection.
