Is there a way to create an audio alert when there is a spike in a price bar on a chart that is three or four time greater in length than the average length of the previous bars? Bill Date Time Of Last Edit: 2015-02-18 20:41:19

Add the Average Daily Range study, set the Chart Region to 2, check Hide Study, and put this on its Alerts tab: =SG1>20 Edit value as needed. FYI, the Average Daily Range study averages any bar period. It should be renamed Average Bar Range. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2015-02-18 22:08:06
