Buttons on toolbar whiteout

Hello, The buttons on the toolbar have whiteout and disappeared. But if the cursor was placed over them, the description box appears. I checked for new version and there wasn't any. Is anyone else experiencing this? Please let me know if there's a solution to this issue. Thanks |
